Doug Schorr
Chief Insight OfficerDoug is a 20+ year senior market research industry executive with experience in qualitative & quantitative research, strategic advisory consulting, client management, and marketing. Doug has personally moderated thousands of focus groups, dial tests, one on one in-depth interviews (IDI’s), usability studies, and conducted hundreds of online surveys ranging from global awareness studies to comprehensive customer satisfaction and usage studies.
Most recently, Doug was the Head of Consumer Research at Beachbody / Team Beachbody, a global leader in fitness, nutrition, and beauty products sold via direct response, ecommerce, and network marketing. At Beachbody, Doug was tasked with creating, scoping, staffing, and managing the Consumer Research department. He worked across the organization to partner with product, brand, and network marketing managers to advise them on methods to better understand their current and prospective markets. Doug’s team was responsible for global research across all fitness, beauty, nutritional products, in addition to working extensively with the network marketing team on B2B research and support.
Romy Schorr
Professional Moderator & Social Media MavenRomy is a seasoned marketing research consultant with over 20+ years of experience moderating thousands focus groups for a wide variety of clients. Most notably Romy was the Director of Market Research for Fox Broadcasting. With a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Romy is passionate about digging deeper into emotional drivers of behaviors, attitudes and preferences of consumers.
In addition to being a consultant, Romy has created a successful 7 year old lifestyle blog called Romy Raves, where she works with a myriad of brands writing about her favorite products, services and experiences. She is extremely savvy in social media engagement and how to effectively connect with other people via these on trend mediums.

Consumer Research ManagerStephanie is a vital part of the Schorr Creative Solutions team. Stephanie works hand in hand with the firms principles and clients across all of our complex global research engagements. Her dedication to client success, insights in analysis, and natural curiosity make her an ideal research manager.
Most recently, Stephanie was the Marketing Research Manager for Beachbody, working hand in hand with Doug managing all research initiatives across 20+ global brands.
